This Memorial Day meet some of the young Americans honoring the fallen

In recent dates we have discovered atrocious images of American young people igniting the flag, disrespecting the national anthem and desecrating the U.S. Constitution. We have seen them is an attempt silence free speech and bully the individuals who protect freedom.

And while the young people who spew on our traditions seem to get all of the media attention, there are a lot young Americans who cherish our exemptions and have a profound respect for the ruby-red, white-hot and blue.

I was especially moved by the Trail Men of Troop V-A0 412. They partnered with American Heritage Girls and residence more than 4,000 American pennants on the tombs of heroes resting in the Culpeper National Cemetery in Virginia.

It’s nice to know there are some youth in America who still stand for the National Anthem and assurance allegiance to the flag, young people who understand that our exemption is bought with world prices.

The cemetery staff took time to share storeys about some of the men who passed “peoples lives” for our exemption including Sgt. Cameron Thomas, killed in action in Afghanistan.

Our troop residence a flag on his grave in his honor, Sharon Croushorn told me. We are so appreciative for the opportunity to serve our fallen heroes in honor of Memorial Day.

Trial Life Troop KS-0 007 and American Heritage Girls embellished St. Gregorys Catholic Cemetery and City Cemetery in Marysville, Kansas. The young people installed practically 1,900 American flags.

Trail Life Troop C-A6 11 embellished the thousands of tombs at the Riverside National Cemetery in California.

As a papa and American it was a solemn and accepted ordeal watching most children read, Trailmaster Aaron Wyant told me. One of my sons took his time reading the names on the headstones of the soldiers and he told me how sad he was at so many losses but how glad he is for his freedom.

Its nice to know there are some youth in America who still stand for the National Anthem and assurance allegiance to the flag, young people who understand that our exemption is bought with world prices. Its nice to know that Trail Life USA and American Heritage Girls are developing up a new generation of patriots.

And when they come of age, some of those very young people will answer the call and take their home among those who tend exemptions flare the individuals who ensure that our nation has all along been the country of the free, the residence of the brave.
